Digital Product Sales Are Final

All products sold on Funkids.store are digital downloads. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (i.e., accessed or downloaded), it is considered “used” and non-refundable.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once files have been delivered to your device, they cannot be returned. Ownership and access to the content are retained indefinitely, making refunds or returns technically unfeasible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• You were charged in error due to a technical glitch or payment system failure.
• You did not receive access to the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

To request an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at hello@funkids.store. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
